Following on from the National Conversation, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) have published the standards that social housing landlords have to meet.
The standards describe the outcomes that the TSA wants to see delivered for residents.
There are six new standards. They place greater emphasis on the relationship between landlords and their tenants at the local level – one where tenants are at the heart of shaping, influencing and monitoring the services they receive.

Take your first step - Click on our ladder ...
...and you could be on your way to your first home.
With Jephson's help, getting on the property ladder needn't be out of reach.
If you thought buying a home was beyond you, shared ownership lets you buy a share of the property and rent the rest. Later on, if you want to and can afford to, you can buy more shares until you own the property outright.
So why not click on the ladder to see the properties we have available.
