Following on from the National Conversation, the Tenant Services Authority has now published proposed standards for all registered housing providers. The standards describe the outcomes that the TSA wants to see delivered for residents.
The standards are currently being consulted on and the TSA are very keen to hear the views of residents

Over 8,000 tenants from across the Jephson Group took part in our Customer Knowledge survey. The purpose of the project was to obtain and enhance our knowledge of our customers and the Group will use this knowledge to inform the development of our products and services. It is central to the process of becoming a more efficient, customer-led affordable housing provider.
The key findings indicate that a significant minority of tenants have some form of disability (42%) and a large proportion of these have a mobility issue affecting a family member.
We hold comprehensive information about the age profile of our tenants which shows a broad diversity of age with the biggest proportion of our tenants aged between 35-44 years. |
