Jephson manages over 1,600 housing schemes for older people for rent throughout England. Our aim is to ensure that residents in our housing schemes should be able to retain maximum independence in their own homes & have care, with dignity, provided as and when it is needed.

When you have chosen a scheme, you need to fill in an application form, available from any of the Jephson local offices. Receipt of your application will be acknowledged and you will be advised who to contact for additional information, or if you would like to visit any of our schemes.
