EIAs are a process which systematically assesses and consults on the effects of a policy procedure, function strategy or project is likely to have on different groups of people. Another common term used to describe EIAs is a discrimination assessment. It enables us to consider the potential; positive, negative, differential or neutral impact our business activities have on our customers and staff.
