The service is provided by Alliance & Leicester BillPay for Jephson Housing Association. You will have to register with BillPay to get a username and password. If you have a Debit Card you can pay by telephoning your local office. Staff will ask for your debit card and rent account details.
By Standing Order
You can ask your bank to make Standing Order payments weekly, fortnightly, three weekly, four weekly or monthly. You can get forms from your local office or you can arrange a standing order directly with your bank. You will need to advise them of the Association's bank details.
By swipe card
Within a few days of the start of your tenancy, we will send you a swipe card which you can use to pay your rent at any post office but you must pay cash or cheque. To make a payment, give your swipe card and payment to the cashier who will issue you with a receipt which you should keep as a record of your payment. There is no charge for using the card. You can also use your swipe card at any bank. But you may have to pay a fee as well.
If you have lost your swipe card for any reason please contact your local office to order a replacement.
